Our terms of services along with the Privacy Policy informs our users about the legal terms and conditions on which we provide them the services to use and access IntelliSaving through mobile application platform.
These terms will apply to your use of IntelliSaving services and its provision that we offer you. Please read all these Terms of Services carefully and make sure you are fully aware of them and understand them before signing-up to use IntelliSaving. Kindly note you will be asked before using the Services to agree to these Terms and if you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to use the services as well.
The company may amend these Terms of Services from time to time as and when required. Make sure you check these Terms of Services periodically to ensure you understand the terms which is applied at that time. Users may ask for a copy of these terms of services at any time.

- Contacting us
- If any user wishes to contact us to share feedback or register any complaints, they must contact us by emailing us at support@intellisaving.com.
- If we need to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do through email, through the site using details provided by you. We may contact you by email, if required.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the contact information you provide us is updated. You are required to notify us promptly if there is as change to: your email. Following any of these changes it might be necessary for us to ask and for you to provide us, required information as part of your service.
- We may monitor and record telephone conversations that we have with you on a Support call. The recordings will be stored in accordance with applicable law, and/or for as long as we consider necessary to be able to provide the services to you.
- Security Incidents
- If we suspect or be aware that you are affected by any fraud or any operational security incident, we might suspend or limit some or all of the functionality of your email account until the suspected incident is resolved.
- If you believe your email account has been compromised or if you do not recognise any activity on your account, contact us through the specified means.
- Our Services
- You must be over 16 years of age to use IntelliSaving and a resident with a valid bank account in one of the countries in which we operate.
- We may, at our discretion, allow you to:
- enable you to access other financial products or services made available to IntelliSaving by our trusted third parties, and
- access other products and services offered by us or third parties,
- You must acknowledge and agree that IntelliSaving is not endorsed or sponsored by the providers of your personal accounts to use our services.
- You can provide your email account to IntelliSaving for account creation. This data will be handled in line with the Privacy Policy of IntelliSaving.
- Application for Services
- In order to receive our Services, you must complete an application. By completing our Application, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
- If any information provided in your Application is found to be incorrect or incomplete and we have not received the outstanding information within ten Business Days of receipt of your Application, we may reject your Application.
- If we have been unable to complete identity verification checks to our satisfaction within ten Business Days of receipt of your Application, we may reject your Application.
- We have full discretion to accept or not to accept an Application and we reserve the right to reject your Application and not to give you any reasons for doing so.
- Access to our Services
- Access to our Services will be through the website. You will be bound by the relevant internet service provider’s terms of use and policies, in addition to these Terms of Services.
- You must not allow anyone to access the Services on your behalf.

- The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We and our Partner expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind as to us and all information, products and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from us, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- Neither we nor our partners make any warranty that:
- we will meet your requirements.
- we will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
- the quality of the Services or any products, services, information, or other amenities or material purchased or obtained by you through us will meet your expectations; or
- any errors in the technology will be corrected.
- Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from our Partner or through or from us will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Services.
- You expressly understand and agree that:
- Our liability
- If we fail to comply with these Terms of Services, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you started using the Services.
- If our website damages a device or digital content belonging to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge.
- We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Subject to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our Partner will be liable to you (including your use or inability to use the Services) for:

- the acts or omissions of the providers of your saving product
- the cost to you of obtaining goods or services as substitutes for the Services we provide; or
- any other loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the Services or these Terms.
- We are not a financial adviser, and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or any other advice. Your situation is unique.
- Indemnification
You agree to protect and fully compensate our Partner and us and our affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable solicitors’ fees) caused by or arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms of Services or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your IntelliSaving Account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
- Lost or stolen mobile device
If your mobile device is lost or stolen or if you suspect someone has gained an unauthorised access to your emails, you must contact us immediately at support@intellisaving.com. In order to take any action, you will need to provide certain account information so we can verify your identity.
- Cancelling your account
- You can cancel your use of the IntelliSaving Services at any time.
- We can cancel our provision of the Services to you if:
- your use of the IntelliSaving Account has been inactive for an extended period of time; or
- you commit a material breach of these Terms of Services, provided in each case
